Floor Construction

We install a full 4’ x 8’, ¾” thick plywood, laminated on both sides, with fiberglass reinforced plastic, treated with edge sealer, resulting in a water-resistant floor.

mobile hospital trailers

Benefits:
• Greatly increases the strength and durability, as large panels only have joints at partitions.
• Reduces the risk of moisture damage to plywood, linoleum, and unsightly interior aesthetics.

Savings Opportunity:
• Moisture damage and replacing an entire floor can cost upward of $5,000.

Patient Experience:
• The result of thicker floor panels provides more insulation, making the floor warmer for patients.
• Less chance of bowing up causing a potential tripping hazard.
